A huge shout out to 1st Class HVAC we were having problems with the heat in our home , I have had to stay awake for the last six days straight to keep it running we had our normal heating repair people out and they did not know what was wrong with the heater this is their heater they sold us six years ago said they would call us back and never did. I contacted 1st Class as they were recommended to me they stated it would be almost a week before they could get to me as I explained my situation they put me on hold when they came back online she informed me they were going to fit me in same day between 1-5 pm he was there by 1.10pm and informed us of our problem and told us by law the heater should not be run as it is leaking carbon monoxide and recommended replacement of the heater as soon as possible. It appears the heater was not new when we purchased it and was not the correct heater for the home. He left us several space heaters and called a home specialist to come in and talk to us about replacement he was there by 3.30pm explained everything in great detail to us surveyed our home and needs and quoted us a very reasonable price on a new heater even had us approved with special financing within seconds. I asked how long before we could get the heater they will be there first thing Wednesday morning to install they are doing this as a special case saying normally takes more than a week. he offered us more space heaters and to contact him if we needed anything at all. We even received $1,000 cash back rebate to do with what we want. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. They treated us so kindly and seem to really care about us and in today's world of service it was great to see someone take the time and effort to go above and beyond.

In the beginning of September(when the temps were in the 90's)our central A/C died. We called and they sent a technician named Mike who found the problem and got it up and running at a reasonable price. Yesterday(9/21/16)our unit quit again and we called this morning and Mike came back and found the part needed to be replaced. In very short order the unit was once again humming along! Excellent service and we will be using this company again when the need comes along! Since the part was warrantied-there was N/C which is wonderful.

The problem first came up on Memorial Day. Gary arrived quickly even though it was a holiday. He discovered the problem and had to order a part which they did the next day and installed it today. Great service, wonderful technician! I highly recommend them!

Every member of the team was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, industrious, and delivered such high quality product that I was impressed beyond belief. Duane took the time and effort and with great care, made sure that I was able to understand and effectively evaluate all of my options based on performance, cost, and the best way to meet my stated goals for the project. He participated with Sean to conduct an initial impartial performance test of our HVAC system and duct environment to be used as a baseline for comparison to see how well performance goals would actually be achieved. Henry did a fantastic job of correcting major flaws in the wall, ceiling and flooring of our furnace room so that the new HVAC system would have an operating environment worthy of the equipment. HVAC mechanics Jim and Ray showed up on time every day, worked together as a team and not only completed EVERY task, but they made sure that the end product was made to true perfection. Beautiful craftsmanship work. They are not only masters of their trade, but they represent the company well by making sure that I was consulted when necessary, and always pleased with the quality of workmanship. These guys precisely measured everything and "eyeball estimated" nothing. The supervisor Ron came in periodically and also at the end of the effort, to make sure that everything was as it should be. His wisdom and expertise in solving certain day-to-day problems was outstanding. "First Class" is definitely an appropriate name for this company.

Our 12 year old Central AC unit burnt out and needed replacing. We contacted our current service company for an estimate to replace. The sales rep showed up with three estimates prepared that exceeded our budget. We went on Angie's List and noticed that First Class had very good ratings so we contacted them for an estimate. The sales representative for First Class Service was Duane who showed up on time and after looking at our unit reviewed all of our options with us, including repairing our existing unit. We discussed our budget for the project and based on that, Duane prepared 3 estimates (best, good and budget) for our consideration. The estimates were less than provided by our service company and the warranty was for 12 years. We also were able to use an Angie's list coupon to save an additional $500, so it was an easy decision. Installation went well. The two technicians Cameron and Matt showed up on time and did a great job. Our new system works great and so far we are very happy with it!

Working with Sean Walsh to design and install our replacement HVAC system was a delight. Mr. Walsh was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job explaining our options based on a thorough assessment of our house and our needs. The father and son installation team of Tom and Josh did a great job. Everyone with whom we worked at First Class was polite and knew their crafts well. When you are essentially having a crew "move in" for a week, it is nice when they have the unbeatable combination of excellent technical and interpersonal skills. They arrived on time, protected our carpets and floors and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. When concerns arose with the building inspector over the location of the outside unit (even though it had been previously approved by the permit process), Sean moved quickly to come up with a solution that satisfied all parties and did not result in delay to the job or extra cost to us. The rim joist work was done separately and Sean sent us pictures of the completed work. We are very pleased with the comfort upgrade we have experienced since the system was installed and are also enjoying lower electric bills due to the efficiency of the new heat pump, new duct work/ design and the sealing of the rim joists. About a month after installation we encountered a problem with a condensation drain hose. Sean handled the situation immediately even though he was out of town and ensured that everything was made right. Service after the sale is important and has been excellent as well.
