Arrived at our second home only to find that our heat would not come on for what was the coldest night of the season so far. Called First Class, as well as others, and they were the most responsive to an emergency call. RJ arrived on time Saturday morning and quickly diagnosed the problem – mud daubers had completely blocked the vent preventing the furnace from igniting. RJ got it cleared, with no small effort and had our heat running again in what seemed like no time.
Compared with others that we had contacted, the price was very fair. To prevent future issues, we will be entering into a service contract with First Class. Look no further, these are the folks to care for your HVAC.
